These Elastomeric Casting Machine is used to produce the casting type polyurethane elastomeric products considering MOCA as the crosslinking agent, it can be synthesized prepolymer and vacuum defoamation in the machine. The mixing device can add color paste directly.
Temperature control system is stable and reliable, heating with thermal oil and electric.
High-temperature resistance, low rotated speed and high-precision metering pump with proportion precise and flexible adjustment.Reasonable design for mixing head, lightweight and durable mixing head to ensure perfect products without bubbles .
Equipped with the control system which can add color paste ,color paste is directly into the mixing device, mixing uniform, measurement precision.To achieve a multi-purpose for machine, can be used alone as three-components or two-components.
