the production line is full automatic rotary forming machine line.
It includes: pulping system, forming system, drying system,stacking system.

the mould material has four types: copper, aluminium, alloy aluminium, and plastic.

1). Production line occupation: about 780m2, Requirement for the workshop: heighta Y4.5m Widtha Y12m lengtha Y65m.
2). Total power for the production line: 281kw.
3). Workforce for the production line: 5-6people/shift.
4). Main parts adopted are with international brand which are reliable in quality and convenient in after sales service. And energy saving is the most distinctive feature of ZH equipments compared with congener equipments internationally.
6). The supplier will be responsible for the instruction in installation, test running and training. Warranty: one year since finishing the installation for free.
7). The equipments equipped in this production line are supposed to the production of 30-cell egg trays. If the users plan to produce egg cartons, cup carriers or fruit trays etc. They should add the hot pressing, labeling or printing equipment and other auxiliary equipments.
