Efficient Dust Collection System

We are instrumental in manufacturing and supplying our clients with Efficient Dust Collection Systems that are specially designed for collection of dust and fumes in various industries from Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. These are available in three types, namely fabric collectors (bag filter), wet collectors, and dry centrifugal collectors (cyclone). Our fabric dust collectors are one of the most efficient and cost effective dust collector models, wherein the dust filled air stream passes through fabric bags for filtration of dust particles. Due to these bags, these collectors are also known as bag houses. The bags of these collectors are made using woven or felted cotton, synthetic, or glass-fiber.

The fabric filter material or filter bag media of these bag houses should be selected on the following parameters:

Temperature of incoming dusty air steam
Moisture levels in the collector and hydroscopic nature of dusts
Electrostatic nature of dust particles
Abrasion levels caused by dust particles
Acid chemical resistance and Alkali chemical resistance of fabric
Fabrics capacity to release dust cake easily
Fabrics permeability to allow air to pass
Size of dust particles
