Following are the Main Characteristics of Dustproof Mesh :-
1) The outer frame is made of delicate aluminum frame or stainless steel frame; the inner filter element plate is made of the materials required by the customers (such as nylon mesh, flame-retardant nylon mesh, dustproof foam, fabric filter cotton, activated carbon filter mesh and stainless steel mesh); a compaction design of the combined inner frame is utilized to ensure the tightness of filter air and further to prevent leakage of dust; besides, a firm aluminum protective net is utilized; thereby they compose a perfect product;
2) The dustproof mesh is fireproof and damp-proof; and it has small resistance, good ventilation effect, large dust holding capacity and high dust removing efficiency;
3) The outer frame and the filter element (plate) are simply installed, easily cleaned, used repeatedly, long in service life and high in economical efficiency; reuse of it saves cost for the customers greatly.
