Salient features of the new generation Dust collector are mentioned below:

Tube Sheet : For positive bag sealing, there is drawn bag collar.
Snap Ring Bag: A simple, one step bagging operation is provided with tube sheet. Also there is no need of additional sealing and tools.
Venturi and Bag Support Cage: For improving cleaning efficiency and saving energy, there is high gain throat design venturi. While, venturi and cage interlocks are single placed assembled into the filter bag. The venturi cages do not require any clamp or hold down device, as these are self aligned with the tube sheet and bag.
JET III Pulse Cleaning System : The square and space saving, compressed air header has special bot on air valves which allows leak proof alignment with the air distribution manifolds. In addition, this JET III use remote pilot valves for low cost field wiring.
JET III Time : The modules uses the solid state electronic time in NEMA-IV enclosure with 110V/220 V AC Solenoids.
Auxiliaries: In order to meet the needs the requirements of our customers, all modules are provided with the standards access ladders, handrails and walkways. We have full range of rotary air lock valves and material handling system.
Standards Construction : We use 12 gauge carbon steel to weld and design JET III type 1000 modules and stiffen for 15 WG.
Shipment : Shipped as one place unit comprising support legs, to enable cost-effective and easy installation
