TFI offers pleated dust collection filter bags (Cartridges) for gas handling dust collection for effective solid gas separation.
Pleated dust collection cartridges are available with flanged(Collar) type, double snap band type or Aluminum 3 lock flange type.
Pleated three lock flanged type cartridges can be installed using tie rods in the cellter of outside of the filter cartridges.
TFI recommends proper pleat height nos.of pleats based on pleat to pleat distance to avoid any Dead zone for Optimum utilization of filter cartridge.
For better efficiency of filtration and solid removal, TFI recommends Aluminum coated filter media.
For reduced recurring expenses "TFI" offers filter cartridges with removable core.
