Heating element: stainless steel electric heating tube or infrared heating tube.
Temperature control: Using a pointer or digital thermostat to insure temperature control accuracy. SSR solid state relay or SCR can be used on it.
Function:1.PID self-tuning , the temperature automatic thermostat, automatic timing, temperature and timing to the alarm off , over-temperature power, leakage protection , motor overload protection.
2. With high temperature silicone seals, insulation, broken thermal effect is significant.
3. Shell surface temperature is low, less impact on the ambient room temperature.
4.Nitrogen into the device can be configured to reach a non- oxidizing environment baking.
