These are mainly divided in to two types wet and dry depends on the efficiency. Wet scrubber will produce up to 90 % efficiency and dry scrubbers will produce above 95 % efficiency.

Kitchen dry scrubber has three stage of filtration or has three stages of impurity separator. Scrubber is the best and efficient air pollution control equipment for separating the impurities like chemicals, odor, oil particles and other toxic particles.

Dry scrubbers has oil demister pads in first stage filtration and Polypropylene media for second stage and Activated carbon media as third stage. Oil demister will remove 90 % oil particles in fume while the fume travels through this filter at particular velocity. Balance oil particles will stick in Polypropylene media and impure fumes only pass through the activated carbon filter. Here activated carbon with Iodine will absorbers the fine tiny particles inside its pockets and allows the treated clean air without odor, toxic mater and other chemical to the atmosphere.
