Coconut Trifle recipe
- To make coconut panna cotta, soak gelatin sheet in cold water until soften.
- Place 200 ml of water, Coconut milk powder and sugar in a saucepan bring to boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the soften gelatin sheet, stir well.
- Pour cream into the mixture and strain into 4 glasses. Chill until set.
- Top panna cotta with coconut gel, young coconut meat and roasted coconut chips, accordingly. Serve cold.
