Programmable Master Edv-bar Digital Drain Valve - Ip 65 Abs Enclosure, Wide Operating Characteristics, Password Protected Programming, Manual Override Facility

The programmable MASTER EDV-BAR digital drain valve is the Micro controller based digital drain with Bar code display for status indication. The valve has wide operating characteristics with programming facility to program the cycle time and Drain time as per user convenience. The valve also has manual override facility to drain the condensate when required.

The programming of the valve is protected by password setting (pressing both the keys simultaneously for few seconds) and cycle and drain time can be programmed separately. After programming The valve Displays current status with countdown facility.

The cycle time can be programmed from 1 minute to 8 minutes and the drain time can be programmed from 1 sec to 8 seconds as per customer requirement. The total controller is housed in an IP 65 a ABS enclosure.

The valve is available in both low discharge and high discharge capacities with various operating pressure ranges with wide selection of operating voltages.

This valve eliminates the air loss during condensate draining as the valve can be programmed as per the field requirement with high degree of accuracy as it displays the current status of the drain valve.
