Body
The body is made from tested M.S. Plates. It is fabricated with horizontal and vertical ribs for strength and sturdiness and the body is annealed & stress relieved by heat treatment process to reduce the chance of the body getting cracked.

Swing Jaw
The swing Jaw is designed & fabricated with high compressive strength and it is annealed & stress relieved by heat treatment process and then it is precision machined for smooth crushing stroke Swing Jaw.

Fly Wheels
The crusher operates with a two light weight, dynamically balanced fly wheel, which also Transmits power to main shaft.

Hinge pin
Sturdy Hinge pin of EN-9 is located in correct relation to the crushing zone for crushing without rubbing.

Diaphragm
Specially designed oil resistant flexible diaphragm seals the opening in the oil chamber and protects the toggle mechanism against dust.

Toggles

Double Toggle for even the smallest size crusher gives better distribution of load. Well designed compression spring provide cushioning to the toggle mechanism eliminate knocks and reduce the resultant wear.

Lubrication

Automatic continuous splash lubrication by two number positive gear pump for the bearings, pitman and toggle mechanism. Enable the crusher to run safely at relatively higher speeds.

Discharge Gap Setting

In Jaw crusher, one more setting bolt is provided to set the gap at discharge end.

Power

Horse power required is based on use of electric Motors in normal condition; petrol of diesel engine should be of approx 20 to 25% higher capacities than electric Motors and also subject to losses due to altitude.

Jaw Crusher is guaranteed for one year against any manufacturing defects. However, the guaranteed does not covers break downs under normal wear & tear or due to mistake made by operator.
