Specifications:-
This machine is designed for tearing rags and waste of cloth, knitted fabric, thread waste and waste yarn from Woollen, Cotton, Synthetic, Artificial fibers, felt, jute and other Textile Raw materials. The raw material to be handled is spread manually and evened on the moving feed table. The tearing process takes place between a pair of feed rollers & the upward tearing cylinder. The first process which the rags undergoid sorting, during which the rags are separated into clippings. New rags, worn rags, Pure Wool, Mixture of Fabric & the different colours. After sorting the bottoms, hooks, iron and trimmings are removed as well as the seam bits, which may contain cotton, Rayon or other vegetable fibers. After these pre-treatments, the rags are oiled or facilitate the tearing of Pulling Process.

The Swift or Cylinder: This is made of M.S. Steel and is fitted with turned steel shaft and is clothed with IMPORTED ENGLISH LAMINATED BEECHWOOD LAGS fitted with patent flat blunt teeth of Sheffield steel correctly hardened and tempered to suit the arduous of the work.

Feed: Feed rollers are of the best quality steel and are located in adjustable spring loaded brass bearing and driven by gear motor.
