Double Ram Track Presses - Steel Casting Anvil | Simple Operation, Versatile Control, Hydraulic Positioner Indexing, Optional Track Winder

SIMPLETEC 200T Double Ram Track Presses is designed for assembly/ disassembly of Komatsu D355 and Caterpillar D9 Track Chains. The machine is most convenient and safe for manufacturing new chains and for rebuilding! re- conditioning. The anvil is one piece steel casting having remarkably long life. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. Electric selection switches are provided to select operational mode. A single hand lever controls the forward and return strokes of the rams. The two rams can be operated either simultaneously or separately by this hand lever. The indexing of the track chain on the anvil is by the Hydraulic Positioner. Hydraulic Wrench and Track Winder are offered as optional attachments.
