Double Press

We are instrumental in making and supplying of Double Press in Bhor, Maharashtra, India. A horizontal double-sided press machine is designed for pressing catalyst, inlet & outlet component into a shell. Two vertical hydraulic clamps hold the shell and simultaneously two horizontal hydraulic rams press the catalyst & inlet/outlet component into shell. The large stroke gives flexibility in accommodating various length & diameter of component. The easy changeover tooling design facilitates reduced tooling changeover time. Hydraulic power pack can generate high speed up to 25mm/s of up-down & horizontal stroke. It takes only 0.5s to reach its max. Pressure (150 bar). Safety feature like light curtains, safety door switch, part presence sensors with mechanical stopper & fence working secure to operator. The optimized design of the frame provides a high rigidity and ensures a long service life, also ensure the maximum production & minimum maintenance cost. This machine is CE certified.
