Orange Con Rod Vision System

We are indulged in making and supplying of Con Rod Vision Systems in Bhor, Maharashtra, India. Today, automotive part manufacturers and their suppliers need technology that allows them to catch major errors before they ship products to their customers.
This technology needs to deliver absolute accuracy in part inspection, often with no deviations. We got a chance to demonstrate our capability in process security for a vision system required for checking several parameters of a connecting rod. Since our customer is exporting this part he wanted to be 100% sure of the quality and also document the results. The system checks for presence of correct bush, oil gallery notch, correct pair of bolts, presence of crack separating the con rod cap and con rod, machining completion among several other checks. For this we have used four cameras, three seat checking sensors and one reflective type sensor.
