• Travelling Gears: Consisting of a squirrel-cage induction motor with a built in electromagnetic brake. The motor drives a continuous oil-bath helical gear-reducer rotating on bearings. The output shaft activates by pinion-driving two driving wheels.

• The crown wheels and pinions are manufactured with Case-hardened steel, Creating Small, High Performance Gear Boxes.

• FRAME consisting of two boxed shaped end-carriages which are machined after assembly in order to ensure that the wheels are perfectly alligned..

• The end-carriages are joined to each other by the girders supporting the machined seats which are used to support the hoist.

Features

• Lifting Engine: Rotor brake engine in a short circuit & double winding, especially designed for use in lifting mechanisms. Ip54 protection. Motors with other levels of protection Can be supplied on order.

• Rope Drum: Is Made out of fully machined rolled steel seamless tube, of sufficient thickness. The grooves are very accurately machined on it, which ensures proper sitting of wire-rope in them. Supported at both ends on ant-frictional ball bearings

• Rope Guide: made of wear & tear resistant nodular cast iron, features two pieces making assembly easier. A spring located on the Guide keeps the rope tight during load hoisting and lowering operations.

• Overload Guard: In compliance with machine safety standards, an over load guard has been fitted with a mechanically-driven microswitch

• Brake: A.C. Electro-Magnetic Disk Brake instantly activated through highly secure, front disc linings when the power is cut, easily adjustable brake and completely Asbestos free

• Hoist Gear Box: consisting of helical gears assembled on bearings, rotating in an oil-bath within an air tight, robust casing. Crowns and pinions are manufactured with Case-hardened steel. Teeth are later fitted so that it operate silently over a long service life.

• Limit Switch: driven by the rope guide, the limit switch restricts the hook's movement when it reaches an end position. A second safety contact is fitted to the top position and operates on the main contactor

• Traveling Wheels: The wheels of the trolley & the end carriage are of forged steel conforming IS, spin hardened to 300 BHN or steel cast EN-9, material, double flanged straight tread type fitted with anti friction type bearings mounted on plate fabricated box type bearing supports easy to Maintenance.

• Electrical Equipment / Controls: The entire control gear is located in a compact and well fitted cabinet. The hoist is controlled Through a suspended push button station that activities the duly sized contactors. A radio remote control option is also available.

• Load Block: The hook is made of forged alloy-steel,turning on an axial bearing, safety latches are provided Pulleys are made of rolled steel with deep grooves for the rope and rotate on bearings. The pulleys are protected by removable steel covers
