Double-drum Steam Boiler

Its main working principle is forming water circulation through membrane wall and convection bank among upper and down drums; then water would be exposed to radiance from furnace and convection area; it will be heated and then it would turn to steam and supply customers with steam and heat. This kind of boiler is of mature workmanship, compact structure, short installation period, easy operation, safety, durability and so on. Ita s environmentally-friendly and meets relative national standards for emission. For this boiler, if steam output is less than 6 t/h, it could be factory assembled and if steam output is more than 6t/h, it could be fast assembled at site. Workmanship features

For boiler heating surface, argon arc welding full penetration welding method will be adopted. And then it would go through X-ray test and hydrostatic test. And after meeting standards, it could be sent to our customers.
