The PVC material used in the manufacturing of door trims is procured from reputed ISO-9002 companies. The fabric material/ lining are purchased from reliance industries. The basic raw material i.e. the board is imported from the best sources of Thailand and Malaysia. All these materials are assembled under strict quality control at a state of the art plant using adhesives made by Vam organic & Japanese made stapling machine & pins.

The carpets are as per OEM Specification with soft surface & Rubberized base. The head roof lining PVC material is procured from ISO-9002 companies & foam used is of 18.1 specific densities.

Nylon coated foam manufactured by Sriram fibers are used in the Gypsy Hood. The open ends are properly zipped by using zips imported from Japan.
