We are making, exporting and supplying of Dissolved Air Floatation Units in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Wastewater from restaurants, laundries, and household contain significant amounts of oil, grease and detergents. Oil especially is very troublesome due to its persistence and solubility at relatively low temperature, which makes their removal very difficult. Oil and grease has a detrimental effect on biological matter and hence needs to be removed before any treatment as involving microorganisms. Industrial wastewater usually from Refinery/ Petrochemical industries have substantial amount of free/ emulsified oil and the same needs to be removed before the biological treatment. Whereas free floating oil is removed through API oil separator/ TPI separator, the dissolved oil needs to be removed through Dissolved Air Floatation process.
