These Dispensing Valve is controlled by a valve controller. The controller provides a timed pulse of air pressure to open the FU-1212 pinch tube, allowing the adhesive or liquid to flow. A spring loaded shut-off provides the ability to make micro dots if required with no drips between shots. The shot size is determined by the time setting on the controller, the amount of opening set on the stroke control and the size of needle tip used. To feed fluid to any ADL metering valve including the FU-1212, choose from our range of syringe barrels up to 55cc size, our cartridge reservoirs up to 960cc size or pressure pots up to 19 litre size. The connecting link between reservoir and FU-1212 is a fluid line. These offer safe luer lock connection and are suitable for use with most liquids and adhesives. Use PTFE lined or PTFE for cyanoacrylates, General Purpose for other fluids and Tapered for more viscous gels
