The Dispensing booth offered by us is known for its robust structure, efficient performance and Corrosion resistance and is used for dispensing of powder & chemicals to minimize the risk of contamination of the work area and to ensure the health of the working person under the laminar air flow. The equipment is based on 3 levels of filtrations of air circulation:

• Pre filter
• Intermediate filter
• HEPA filter

• Magnehelic gauge will indicate the pressure difference between the filters
• During the initial cycle it achieves class 100 air with velocity 90 +/- 20% below working area

• Air balancing: 90% Re circulation and 10% exhaust
• Cleanliness: Class 100 - ISO 5 as per ISO 14644-1
• Particle Retention: 0.3 Micron & Above
• Noise Level: 65 decibel on scale + 5
• Velocity: 90 Feet/Minute + 20
• Differential pressure: By Magnehelic Gauge 0-25 mm
• Illumination: By Florescent Tubes with Diffusers
