This systematic procedure of heat treatment is especially effective for springs as it gives the maximum tearness and therefore considerable hard wearing durable.DISC SPRING STACK COMPARED TO HELICAL SPRING The same load is achieved at essential reduction in space. Disc stacks may be designed for a high loads where coil springs are not practicable at all.STACK LENGTH When stacking Disc Springs determined attempt should be made to keep the stacks as short as possible. This effect usually can be disregard for a normal spring stack but not for long stacks.Friction and other power make a stack more uneven. If it is longer the stack can be stabilized by dividing it with guide washers, which as a rule of thumb should have a thickness of at least one and a half times the guide diameter.
