Both angular and axial misalignment are accommodated by the flexible disc packs rotodisc flexible couplings, for medium duty applications requiring moderate shaft separations consist of three main parts.

Hubs - 2 in number, SS shims 1 pack / 2 packs,
High tensile steel fasteners - 1 set.

The hub is built of carbon steel and the SS shims from 300 series of stainless steel which render a resistance towards corrosion and high degree of strength. Fasteners are manufactured out of high tensile steel. The centre spacer assembly is provided in order to ensure excellent dynamic balance.
