If your high blood pressure is reduced then it helps preventing strokes, heart attacks, and any kidney problems. Regular use of this drug can reduce the number and severity of chest pain episodes caused by angina. It helps increasing your ability to exercise. This tablet helps in reducing your heartrate due to which your heart work less and result into lower blood pressure. Diltiazem Hydrochloride tablets belong to a group of drugs called Antidysrhythmic.
