Diamond files have a uniform distribution and high concentration of diamond particles permitting rapid reduction of stock. Ideal for alloys, steels, tungsten carbide, hardened steel, glass, fiber glass, marble and many other hard materials. Great for die mould, saw blades, cutting tools, carbide insert and anywhere premium grinding and sharpening is needed. Seven shapes and standard sizes to choose from. The grits are available, course, medium and fine.

• Grit Size: 80 / 100 (Rough), 120 / 140 (Medium), 200 / 240 (Fine), or as specified.

Recommended Use

For best results use these files with light contact pressure. The protrusion and uniformly high concentration of the diamond grit on the file surface ensures smooth, free-cutting action and high depth of cut. The files are cleaned with a soft toothbrush after use.
