Our natural diamond dies are manufactured vigilantly out of selected best quality natural diamond stone with precise manufacturing process to guarantee perfect consistent profile. We fabricate natural diamond dies for 0.012mm to 1.00mm and also larger sizes according to clienta s requirement.

As a result of the latest improvements in monocrystalling diamonds, we further offer drawing dies in Monodiamond varying from size 0.1 to 0.8mm. This product is suitable for the same application as natural diamond dies.

For Multi-Wire Drawing

Using computer aided software each die sized in the set is calculated within the correct tolerances to precisely match the machine elongation and to minimizes the amount of slip on the capstans. Finally each die in the set is performance tested for the correct wire elongation and die pull.
