Demagnetizer Products

Our range of Demagnetizer Products includes STM Test Piece / Pie Gauges that are fabricated in accordance with American Standard Specification ASTM-A275-74and ASME-SA-275. These provide reliable indication of adequacy of magnetic field strength at the point of application with reliable indication on the quality of magnetic bath and intensity of black light. These are also used for setting optimum parameters for current and flux for purpose of crack detection. Further, these are utilized for assessing the overall performance of the magnetic particle set up.
Demagnetizer Products also include Residual Field Indicators which is used for checking the residual field after demagnetization. These is present a dial which has markings from -10 - 0 - +10 gauss and once the meter is touched to the end of the component, magnetic field is indicated in gauss with the needle.
Glass Centrifuge Tubes in this range comprise pear shaped conical tube is used for checking strength of magnetic bath.
These Demagnetizer Products also comprise B.H.E.L. Test Block which are fabricated as per BHEL standard and provides a simple and practical method for checking the overall performance of a half wave DC (HWDC) equipment for detection of sub-surface crack up to a depth of 6 mm by the prod method.
