This product is used in Copper and its alloys (Gun Metal, Brass, Bronze) casting industries.
FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT
This product reduces the harmful gases of the metal, extremely active degasing compound for the removal of non-metallic induction from above metals and alloys. It produces strong pressure and light casting. If the tablet is not used for the above purpose, metal contain bubbles. This metal when processed by machinery, possess holes in it. Thus the casting product is rejected, beside it, these metal when processed to machinery items cannot hold high pressure thus become weak.
HOW TO USE
Degaxon Tab is used 1 (one) no. in 100kgs, melting metal. Tablet will be charged by a copper rod or graphits rod or steel rod end at the bottom of the crucible for 2 (two) minutes. If the Tablets is not charged at the bottom of the crucible, the tablet will not degas the whole melting metal or alloys. This product fully pollution free.
