USES
This product is used in Untensil Industries, Die-Casting Industries and Extrusion Industries Maximum manufacturers of untensils use 50 grmd to 100 grms Tab and extrusion Indutries uses 500 grms tab and above.
FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT
This product reduces the harmful gases. Extremely active degassing compounds for the removal of hydrogen gas and non- metallic induction from aluminium and its alloys. It refines grain and produces strong, pressure and light casting. If the Degasal tab is not used for the above purpose metal contain bubbles. These metals when processed to sheets passes holes in it,thus the sheet is rejected, beside it these metals when processed to machinery items ( Die- Casting ) can not held high pressure thus becomes weak.
HOW TO USE
Degasal tab is used 100 grms in 100 kgs. Melting metal. Degasal Tab will be charged by a ladle end at the bottom of the crucible.If the Degasal Tab is not charged at the bottom of the crucible,the tablet will not degas the whole melting metal.
