Some sedimentation centrifuge also can classification the solid particles in the fluid with different density or granularity by identify the different sedimentation velocities.
DCLW horizontal type helical-conveyer centrifugal is special for the separation of liquid and solid in oil drilling fluid, can finish the procedure of feeding, centrifugal sedimentation, unloading when it is fully operated. The main function is to recover the barite, clean the small solid, decrease the quantity of solid in the fluid, control the density and viscosity of drilling fluid to guarantee a good performance of the fluid.
