Drilling Well Decanter Centrifuge

We export Drilling Well Decanter Centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and reducer case rotate by the belts. The vice motor drives the spiral through the reducer. The drum and spiral rotate together for the same direction, and produce some difference of speed. Separate the solid phases in the drilling mud by the centrifugal sedimentation principle. The drilling mud flows into the drum from the fluid hole through the inlet pipe and under the force of screw pusher, under the effect of centrifugal force, the solid phases will be pushed onto the inside wall of the drum, pass the impeller on the screw pusher and be discharged from the exhaust hole at the small side of the drum. The liquid phase will flow out from the big side. The drilling fluid recircles like above to achieve the target of continuous separation.
Dachuan Machinery designed the centrifuge which is especially for the separation of solid and liquid phase based on the characteristics of drilling fluid and large amount of location test. The centrifuge can decrease the quantity of solid particles in drilling fluid, control the density and viscosity to guarantee the performance of drilling mud and it is good for the quick well drilling.
