Dc Smoothing Reactor

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality DC Smoothing Reactor to our valuable clients. In normal circumstances, the smoothing reactor is utilized to reduce harmonic current or voltage in a DC system. It can also effectively control the rise speed and peak value of short circuit in case of faults. The smoothing inductor is generally adopted in HVDC transmission system, or used in series connection with large rectifier power feeding DC motor in the steel and metallurgy enterprises.

Function:-
1. DC reactor serves to limit superimposed AC component on the DC motor to a specified value. It can also be used in the DC decoupling side of shunt governor, for lowering intermittent current limit. The low voltage reactor has the functions of restraining and controlling circular current, and cutting fault current by DC fast switch.
2. DC reactor greatly reduces catastrophic drive failures due to transient over-voltage, it can limit the alternating component overlaying in the DC current to a certain rated value, to maintain continuous rectified current.
3. Decrease pulse value of the current, make DC-AC part more smoothly and can better power factor of the inverters to 0.95.
4. To decrease the THD to 5% or 10%, should use together with a passive filter.
