New Bharat Electricals DC Motors are applicable most wherever variable speed control drives are used. The speed control of DC Motors by armature control or field control at constants torque & for constant continuous operation.
Due to incorporation with latest technology which ensures safe & trouble-free operations under critical conditions.

Range : SCR-Rated DC Motors with 1 through 30 Horsepower with base speed 300 to 3000 Rpm, Arm. Voltage 12, 24,36 110v, 220v, 440v avail on request. DC Motors with various types of constructions are available from 80 to 225mm frame size.

Standards : Performance of our motors confirms always as per IS-4722. Temp-rise are well within 45°c (ambient temp.)

Construction Features :

• High Quality steel frame stator body are made from fabricated. The V-weld at meeting corner of the ends of plate impart heavy strength to the yoke.

• Armature laminations are of high quality electrical grade steel for low iron losses & high efficiencies i.e. (CRNGO.)

• Commutator: (The Heart of DC machine) Made from silver-copper-alloy. Electrolytic copper segments insulated from one another with mica. Riser connections are the TIG welded for minimum resistance and maximum strength.

• Armature windings are impregnated with synthetic resin, a high dielectric strength varnish and properly baked at designed temp. to give complete protection against damage from moisture, acids and alklies.

• End-shields covers are from cast iron with proper machining.

• Main poles are made from thick laminations (G.I.Sheet) to reduce eddy-current losses.

• Interpoles are fitted in motors in order to achieve better communication.

• High - Electro - graphite carbon brushes used which display best running properties under varying loads.

• Ventilation: Our motor equipped with SCREEN PROTECTED DRIP PROOF (SPDP) & TOTALLY ENCLOSED (TE). External force cooling is provided with blower mounted motor.

• LARGE CONDUIT BOX that meets all electrical codes for volume and conduit entrances and may be rotated in 90 degree increment.
