These drives are working under auto mode as setted, according to different material and with each material discharge of Bitumen will varies according to its setted (%) percentages. It will also show different temperature of Bitumen, aggregate and mix material exhaust gasses and hot oil. The total system is synchronized that if Bin I, II, III and IV or any of the Bina s speed (Kg./min.) is increased it is very easy then automatically the speed of bitumen motor will increase of decrease and that will kepp the ratio of Bitumen in correct setted proportion.The total system is based on power electronics which can give very accurate result and readings to operator and helps him to run the plant in correct method and manner. Total system is based on power electronics which eliminates dimmer state to very armature voltage and hence give a very good result and better control on DC Motor. Those system what we offer is very handy for maintenance purpose, in case of failure of any of the card one can easily detect the fault or because of card system it is very easy to change the faulty card.
