Cylindrical Integral Dripper Mould

Our offered Cylindrical Integral Dripper Mould is a plastic injection mould used to produce cylindrical integral drippers which is used to be inserted into a PE pipe to form into integral dripper dripline. The mould can adopt cold runner, hot runner or semi hot runner according to different request from customers.

2. The cavity board can be changeable, thus producing cylindrical drippers with different flow rates with the same mould.
3. The mould adopts S136H (HRC48-50) as cavity insert material and Japan Punch steel as mould core, which can ensure lifespan beyond one million shots.
4. The machining accuracy for the mould can reach 0.01mm, and roughness as Ra 00.8.
5. The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
6. The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 5%.
