Cylindrical Honing Machine

These external Cylindrical Honing Machine designed and manufactured by our company adopts color LED LCD touch screen human-machine interface to communicate with PLC so that the data inputted via the human-machine interface is processed by the PLC and then converted into motion command. Meanwhile, by means of the formula function in the human-machine interface, the relevant parameters such as spindle speed, reciprocation speed of carriage, and specific pressure of sanding belt can be called directly to make the operator more convenient and easier during the operation. Similarly, in consideration of the small batch production for some work pieces, in addition to the automatic control interface, the carriage is also equipped with manual operation panel on the external cylindrical honing machine manufactured by our company.
By means of the manual operation panel, the manual control and operations can be conducted for the small batch of processing work pieces. During the design and production, our company fully considered the processing requirements of the workshop and, via the theoretical calculation and processing of the work pieces with different shaft diameters, set up relevant parameters in the formula of the human-machine interface, in order to meet the processing requirements for different work pieces.
