Customized Bluetooth Receiver

Following are the Main Features of Customized Bluetooth Receiver :-
1. Battery needs to be 220 mAh and rechargeable.
2. Reference size 50mm x 42mm x 10mm.
3. The configuration may be done through Serial or one time bluetooth config (One time config only, re-config can only be done at factory).
Here's the functional work between the BT device and the phone:
1. On startup, the phone application creates an SPP service named "BTSpp".
2. The phone by default has "COM 1" SPP service.
3. Each BT dongle is configured to connect to one phone only (Settings to be done at factory to configure the BT dongle with )
4. When the BT dongle boots up, it connects to the phone with configured MAC Address.
5. BT dongle establishes the connection with phone's BTSpp service. (Lets say we call it as "Connection 1")
6. BT dongle also establishes the connection with phone's COM1 service. (Lets say we call it as "Connection 2").
7. The phone has the application which captures data through user interface.
8. Once the data is captured, the phone sends it to the BT dongle through "Connection 1"
9. Whatever data is received on "Connection 1" from the phone, the BT dongle sends the same to the phone, Via "Connection 2".
10. Whatever response is obtained from "Connection 2" by the BT dongle, BT dongle forwards the same to the phone via "Connection 1".
11. If any of the Connections, viz. Connection 1 or Connection 2 gets broken, the BT dongle automatically tries to reconnect.
