Application- as per IS-516(1959),

Curing of concrete cube mould should be done at
temperature 27 degree Celsius to get proper compressive strength during
testing and its results.

A system for curing tank
for temperature control for curing of cube moulds at 27c0. 1c with an
accuracy of 0. 1c.

Temperature controlled by digital Pid controller having auto tuned function
which correct ambience at its own.

The unit is equipped with digital pid controller
and all heaters and stirrer pump can be operate by switches at control
panel.The unit is compact can be installed easily near to curing tank or can
be installed anywhere in QC LAB
