Key Features
For cryogenic / low temp. application, the gland of the bonnet is extended to a length of 250mm (min.) as per BS 6364 for non-cold box application. For cold box and non-cold box application few castings are radiographed to ensure quality.
All cryogenic valves are tested at rated pressure by heliym or nitrogen for its performance before and after cooling the valve to a required temperature such as of (-196deg) or (-73deg) or (-46deg)C as the case may be.
