DESCRIPTION:
Belt conveyor used for material handling purpose and products like fruits and vegetable, crates, boxes, cans, and similar over specified distance.
Belt conveyor connects material carrying goods from storage area to processing line and from further processing line to storage station.
Goods can be transferred in both horizontal and inclined direction according to requirement.
Mechanical drive is used for motion of belt. Both fixed and variable mechanical drives are used according to application and requirement.
Belt is of food grade material like PVC,PU PP modular belts.
Sensors and various necessary accessories are mounted on conveyor depending upon application.
The frame structure of conveyor is designed and analysed in order to sustain both static and dynamic load.
Belt width range from 300mm to 2200mm can be manufactured.
