To be a raw material for making plywood, the length of core veneer is 1270mm or 970mm. Vietnamese manufacturers are used to produce short core, which width is from 640 up to 840mm. The thickness of veneer is depended on using purpose, from 1.2mm to 2.2mm. The logs are tropical hardwood (local trees) such as acacia, eucalyptus, omosia, canariuma

3. Species: acacia, eucalyptus, omosia, shea, mixed hard wood
4. Moisture contents: 16% (Air drying or kiln drying)
5. Grade: A, B (80% of A grade, 20% of B grade (4 dead knots which have diameter 2cm) or as customers required
6. The sum of the composite slices shall not exceed 10% of the total volume
7. Capacity: 1.000 cbm per month
8. Minimum Order Quantity: 1X40ft container.
9. Loading Quantity: 45CBM/40ft container, about 24.00tons weight.
10. Loading port: Haiphong port of Vietnam.
11. Packaging & Delivery
- Packaging: On pallet, Compress, block size, tied with iron tape.
Detail: 18 pkgs x 1,500ea~1,800ea, about 23-25 MT/40HC
- Delivery: 7 days for 1x40ft container after receiving down payment or irrevocable L/C copy.
