Copper Refining (Super- D) Furnace

We are the leading manufacturer of Copper Refining (Super- D) Furnace with pollution control system. Our copper melting cum refining furnace plant consists of a hydraulic tilting oil fired furnace, the raw material copper scrap is feeded from top of the furnace into a charging hopper provided, as the copper scrap comes into molten stage, the oxidation & de- oxidation is being done for the refining of the the scrap material form a window provided at one end of the furnace. As the material is refinded then the discharging of the material is sone into the moulds and ingot of refined copper metal are made. The copper scrap is refined upto 99. 97% in our plant.

A pollution control system is also provided for the furnace for the exhausting of the smoke and gases through the system and dust free before going through the chimney stack into the atmosphere.
