The framers / brackets are manufactured using special fixtures which ensure that every frame is identical and the fitting of Conveyor Idlers in the brackets at the site is haste free. The tooling like dies and punches are accurately manufacture on CNC wire cutting machines and maintained and sharpened on timely basis on surface grinding machines. This ensures that the surface finish of brackets is without any burns and sharp corners. RVI also offer special guiding idler brackets and idler to assist with belt tracking.
