Heavy duty over head conveyor with fully enclosed track and caterpillar drive unit with reducer gear box and variable speed drive. Speed can be adjusted from 0.2 meters per minute to 2 meters per minute. Conveyor chain has a hanger hook at 150 mm pitch.This conveyer is flexible and can be designed as per the layout of the laundry. It has the closed track with lubricated bearings. The loading and unloading area will be at the floor level and it is raised to the roof level to utilize the space. The speed of the conveyer is adjustable depending on the moisture content.

The length of the conveyor can be 100 Meters, 150 meters or 200 meters as per the requirement of the plant capacity.
