In house specially designed cancinator with controlled atmosphere (air), to control the burning rate thus ensuring the carbon content in the final product(refer slide 4 and 5.)
In order to conserve natural resource, any petroleum or synthetic fuel is totally avoided in this calcinator.
The heat energy thus generated due to burning of husk, is passed through cyclone and ceramic filters and the clean hot flue is utilized in the nodule drier.
Emission to atmosphere is mainly steam enriched clean air.
