Low Bd Nodule - Rice Husk Ash 2-6 Mm Gray | Dust Free, Stable, Insulating, Flexible, Non-reactive

These are solid spheroids(round balls), of rice husk ash completely dust free during handling, application and later during fettling of the Tundish or dumping of the ladle.

This has been formulated to remain stable at liquid steel temperature, therefore ensures cleaner atmosphere free from suspended micronized particles.
Between the layers of balls the star voids are generally filled with hot air which enhances insulation efficiency.

In addition, it provides a flexible and unbreakable cover, thus avoiding reoxidation of steel.
Because of its spherical shape, it spreads immediately by sliding over each other and maintaining an uniform layer.

Because of unique formulation and single point contact it does not react with the refractory lining.
Carbon content- 2-5.5%, size-2 to 6 mm. bulk density is 0.4 as compared to 0.62gm/cc
