Key Features
The extruder's are optimally matched in their geometry, drive capacity and RPM to the size of the machine and material to be processed. Screw and Barrel are manufactured from nitriding steel. Standard screw length is 20D.
Barrel temperature is controlled by Ceramic Heater Bands and with automatic barrel cooling by air. extruder's are provided with axial screw push out equipment, centrally operated vertical adjustment, length adjustment and can be swung to one side for screw, head or die changing.
