Commercial Aerators

We are manufacturing and exporting a wide range of commercial aerators, which is used for oxygen transfer to sewage or industrial effluent. Our aerators are available with automatic control if required by our clients. These commercial aerators are widely used for conventional bridge mounting or floating. Further, our commercial aerators are available in various design and sizes.

Following are the types of Aerators that we offer:
* Slow speed fixed surface aerator
* Slow speed floating surface aerator
* High speed floating surface aerator

Features:
* It consists of base frame, which will be fitted on to the RCC platform
* Motor, TEFC, Class"B" insulation IP 55 Protection 50 HZ, 3 Phase, 400 Volts, Kirloskar make.
* Worm Reduction, suitable Ration Gearbox with a service factor of 1.75 of greaves/shanthi/ elecon make.
* Impeller is of turbine type
* Vertical Shaft is machined out of solid MS rod of suitable diameter
* Type coupling of Finner make is provided between motor and Gearbox
* Output shaft coupling is provided between Gearbon and Aerator Shaft
* Final RPM of the Aerator is 60
* All under water Parts are Sand Blasted and are painted with One Coat of Epoxy Primer with two coats of Epoxy Paints.
* All Hardwares are galvanized.
* The total Aerator assembly is statically balanced.
