COLD STORAGE PLANT

Cold Storage Plant complete with all control and accessories including cooling tower and

water treatment plant : working training model/simulator

COMPRESSOR : Best Indian make

REFRIGERANT : R-22

ONE NO. CONDENSER: Shell and tube type condenser suitable for the above plant. The condenser shall be made out of M.S. Shell and integrally copper tubes. The condenser shall be provided with gas inlet, liquid outlet, water inlet, water outlet connection.

ONE NO. BASE : Heavy duty M.S. Angle base shall be provided to accommodate the

compressor, condenser, motor etc

COOLING TOWER : F.R.P cooling tower shall be provided with spray header, nozzles and float valve.

PLUMBING : GI pipe for connecting cooling tower to pump and pump to cooling tower along with necessary valve, fittings and reducer etc.

COLD STORAGE BODY: The outer body of the cold storage Plant shall be fabricated out of M.S. Sheet and Inner of aluminium sheet. The body shall be duly insulated with

thermocole and door shall also be provided.

COOLING COIL : Fan coil unit complete with motor shall be provided inside the cold storage room to circulate cold air.

CONTROLS : it consists of all the necessary accessories viz..,Thermostatic Expansion valve, HP cut out, Dial type thermometer/Digital temperature indicator, Single phase preventor, Thermostat, Suction gauge, Discharge gauge, Main switch, Liquid line indicator, Condenser water pressure gauge, Condenser water pressure switch
