Our organization is manufacturing, exporting, distributing, trading and supplying of Cold Room Swing Door in Menderes, Izmir, Turkey. These are formed with PVC coated steel sheets imported from Germany which are chromium-plated, are painted galvanized in accordance with the requests of clients and which have the surface protection system against being scratched during the production and assembly process. We produce leaves with 4 cm thickness on Flip flap doors.
Flip flap door's front and back steel sheets are mounted with latest technology, independently from each other and without any contact to obtain a pvc thermal breaks and conductivity at minimum level.
Our flip flap doors can be produced with aluminium case and frame.
Not only there isna t any other material except polyurethane in the flip flap doors but also doors are formed without using any ready panel the door is produced with the injection of polyurethane to special molds which are suitable for every desired size.
The entire door is produced with 100% polyurethane filling and products are obtained by being subjected to controls of production line.
Our flip flap Door is produced by the injection of 42 density polyurethane, insulation material, as 42 kg/m3 to all points of the door.
